Yes, you are seeing double… It has always been our dream to start something together. Our vision? A unique service that unites people through our shared passion for wellness and wine. Because, let's face it, what could be better than bringing people together over a glass of wine after some wellness practices? And where better to do this than in a rural villa on the outskirts of Barcelona? Join us as we blend Scottish charm with the vibrant spirit of Catalonia for an unforgettable experience of connection and joy.

"I fell into the world of holistic health 7 years ago when I noticed its positive impact on my mental and physical well-being. No longer struggling with recurring eating disorders, and experiencing fewer 'mysterious' stomach issues (thanks to the brain-gut connection), I found myself on a transformative path. As a certified yoga instructor (445 hrs), sound healing practitioner (50 hrs), and breathwork enthusiast (400 hrs), I blend my knowledge to create safe spaces that uplift and empower individuals while nurturing compassion. By cultivating compassion within ourselves, we develop greater resilience and inner peace, positively affecting our relationships and our community around us. My goal? To guide people on their journey to personal growth and connection within a supportive community. And what better way to do so than by combining wellness with a wee bit of wine? After all, life’s about finding balance, connecting with others, and embracing life's little pleasures (that being wine) along the way."

“My passion for wine began in Scotland and I was able to something good with it and set up Sense 5. With WSET 2 & 3 under my belt, I took this passion with me to Berlin. Although the pandemic and move to Berlin stopped Sense 5 (for the time being ;) ) I continue to share my passion for wine at a wee wine bar in the west of the city. On top of that, I host regular wine tastings with friends each with a different theme from 'classic' to 'what would Jesus drink’ on Good Friday. When I am not doing wine things, you can find me drawing, out jogging or out dancing… oh, or of course practicing yoga.”
