I am a certified yoga, breathwork and sound healing practicioner with over 4 years of teaching experience. I've completed over 400RYT hours and I'm certified to teach Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini and Tantra. Following this, I travelled to Thailand to complete a 50h sound healing practicioner course, where I learnt the healing power which sound and vibrations have on the mind, body and spirit. In addition, I'm a breathwork coach in both pranayama and concious connected breathwork. I began my yoga teaching journey during COVID when I thought, if I can't go out, why not go in... Unlike a lot of yoga teachers, I adapt my teaching style to fit the needs of my students. Therefore, not two classes are the same. Guiding and connecting with my students brings me so much joy and I believe yoga should be for everyone.

I liked the pace, the accessibility to all levels, ending with whatever you’d call the face massage and scented breathing bit, and especially the content.
